Graduation Ceremony of the UT Pärnu College 2025

The graduation ceremony of the University of Tartu Pärnu College will take place at Pärnu Concert Hall on 17 June at 16:00. Graduates are kindly requested to arrive at the concert hall by 15:00. The graduates accept congratulations in the courtyard of the concert hall following the ceremony.

Acknowledging the teaching staff

At 15:00, graduates can gather at Pärnu Concert Hall to meet their lecturers and fellow students to jointly celebrate the end of their studies. The formal graduation ceremony will then take place in the main hall of the concert hall.

Parking

In front of Pärnu Concert Hall, there are 30 parking spaces available, which are free of charge for ceremony participants during the event. Parking in nearby streets is subject to a fee.

Graduation documents

Detailed information about the graduation ceremony will be sent to the graduate’s @ut.ee email address by the Pärnu College Academic Affairs Office. Please also review the information on how to receive your graduation documents.

Graduates wishing to order a university cap or ring may do so via the university’s online shop: shop.ut.ee. Ring orders are forwarded to the jeweler on the last day of each month and may take up to two months to be produced. Those interested in ordering a cap are advised to place their order as early as possible to ensure delivery before the ceremony. Caps and rings can be collected from a parcel terminal or the university’s main building. University souvenirs during graduation ceremonies will also be available in front of the main building.

Official photos of the Pärnu College graduation ceremony will be published on the college website, Flickr, and social media channels after the event.

As is tradition, many graduates wish to capture their graduation day moments in front of the University of Tartu Pärnu College building. For this purpose, the college building will remain open until 20:00 on graduation day, allowing graduates to take photos independently.
