University of Tartu Pärnu College

Our objective is to give students the best education and opportunities in an internationally recognised university. The University of Tartu belongs to the top 1.2% of the world's best universities (QS World University Rankings 2021). 

Our college offers three internationally recognised master's programmes: 

  • Wellness and Spa Service Design and Management – taught in English 
  • Service Design and Management – taught in Estonian 
  • Person-Centred Social Innovation – taught in Estonian 

and four applied higher education programmes – all taught in Estonian: 

  • Entrepreneurship and Project Management 
  • Tourism and Hotel Management 
  • Social Work and Rehabilitation Administration  
  • Design Thinking and Digital Marketing 

A master's or bachelor's degree is awarded by the university to a person who has completed the curriculum of the corresponding academic level. The graduates of the applied higher education programmes receive a bachelor’s degree. 

It is also possible to study at Pärnu College as an exchange/visiting student or external student.
